Old Dominion came to MG Design as a new client in 2017, specifically attracted to us because of our theme and experience design within an exhibit. Old Dominion is a national freight carrier who, in just the last year, had the honor of being named MLB's official freight carrier. In light of the new title, they decided to theme their booth with baseball.
On this project, I worked very closely with our Marketing Strategist who worked on the theme, messaging and marketing direction of the booth. Together, we worked together to bring their vision to life. It proved challenging as they required a deck structure for their professional signing times. We also were challenged with driving and attracting traffic into the booth, which we addressed with a LED band. In the end, we came up with a working solution that the client absolutely loved... A blend of their brand and the baseball vibe.
